[生活美語] guilty pleasure (會內疚的興趣) - noun. A film, television program, a piece of music, or even an activity that people enjoy even when they know it is not good for them. The "guilty pleasure" is also usually NOT held in high regard by others.
Hence, when someone enjoys a "guilty pleasure," they feel slightly guilty (內疚) about it.

E.g. Watching the Twilight movies is her guilty pleasure. She knows her friends will laugh at her for watching such dumb movies, but she just can't resist them.
